Scw400钉盘磨开发应用与影响参数研究

摘要 论述了Scw400钉盘磨的传动装置、粉碎装置和主动气流密封装置等典型结构及工作原理,分析了磨盘转速、进风口风量、喂料量、物料颗粒的脆性和硬度等主要操作参数对粉碎效果的影响。用Scw400钉盘磨、选粉机、袋式收尘器、风机等设备搭建了实验系统,通过调节两磨盘的相对转速对木屑进行粉碎实验。用80μm的筛网对粉碎后的木粉进行筛余测试,得到了两磨盘相对转速和出料筛余之间的对应关系。实验表明,两磨盘相对转速为5480r/min时,出料80μm筛余可达4.37%。 The typical structure and working principle of Scw400 pin pulverizer such as transmission device,crushing devices,seal device of initiative airflow etc.were discussed.Then the influence of main operation parameters like rotary speed,nput air,feeding,brittleness and hardness of material on pulverizing effect was analyzed.At the same time the experimental system was established with Scw400 pin pulverizer,powder concentrator,baggy dust remover and fan.etc.to carry out pulverizing experiments with wood chips by regulating relative rotating speed of the two pulverizers.Thus the relationship between rotating speed and product’s sieve residue was obtained by testing the sieve residual of pulverized wood powder with 80μmsieve.The experiment shows that when the relative rotating speed of two pulverizers is 5480r/min,the sieve residue with 80μm product can reach 4.37%.
