On the Social Environment of Risk Investment

从客观上讲 ,我国还没有真正意义上的风险投资基金和风险投资公司。如何营造良好的有利于风险投资运作机制形成的社会环境 ,促进我国高科技产业的发展 ,是当前的紧迫问题。本文在分析了风险投资的特点和我国风险投资的现状问题的基础上 ,提出了针对性的建议。

Objectively, there are not real significant funds and companies for risk investment in China. At present, it is a pressing problem how to construct a good social environment suitable for forming an operation mechanism of risk investment so as to accelerate development of China's high tech industries. Based on an analysis of the actual and characteristic problems of our country's risk investment, the essay sets forth some corresponding advice.
