摘要
设计了一种G代码解释器和图形仿真于一体的数控仿真检验系统。该系统以Vc++为开发工具,根据GALIL运动控制卡的协议编辑了G代码解释器。此解释器除了一般的解释和检查的作用外,较以往解释器开发编译了更多的G代码,并结合OpenGL技术开发了数控三维仿真加工过程。通过选择OpenGL作为图形开发工具,建立了一个数控仿真系统,通过对输入加工代码的图形验证,实现了刀具运动轨迹仿真和材料去除过程仿真,达到了实时仿真的要求。验证了该系统的整体可行性。
A numerical control simulation testing system integrating G code interpreter and graphic simulation is designed.This system used Vc++ as a development tool to edit a G code interpreter according to the agreement GALIL movement control CARDS,which could develop more G codes than original interpreters besides general interpretation and inspection.In addition a three dimensional numerical simulation process was developed with OPENGL technology.By choosing OPENGL as graphics development tools,a numerical simulation system was built through verifying the graphical input processing code to achieve a trajectory simulation and material removal process simulation,and a real-time simulation requirements was realized,which verified the feasibility of the system as a whole.
