本文针对我国宏观经济中出现的需求不足问题 ,从社会预期与消费需求关系之间的角度 ,提出并分析了过剩经济背景下 ,社会预期低迷存在的主要问题 ,并从理论和实践操作层面进行解析 ,最后从我国的基本国情出发提出了改善社会预期、刺激消费需求的六点建议和对策。

To tackle the problem of insufficient demand in our national macro economy, the essay, starting from the perspective of the relationship between social expectation and consumption demand, makes an analysis of the major problems of insufficient social expectation in surplus economy. Taking into account the basic situation of our country, the essay finally puts forward six countermeasures to improve social expectation and stimulate consumption demand.
