摘要
五轴光学检测仪通过对扫描测头的移动和被测冲压件的旋转精确控制实现五轴的运动形式,并对其建立数字化模型,利用UG/motion模块创建五轴光学检测仪运动仿真分析方案并进行了机构运动分析的应用,运动仿真结果很容易得出光学测头的运动特性,并绘制出速度,位移的关系曲线,大大简化了运动分析的过程。利用UG运动仿真模块进行运动分析的方法可以避免进行大量抽象理论的推导便可获取机构的运动特性,因此大大提高了运动分析的效率和准确性。
The movement of five-axis is realized by the five-axis optical measuring instrument through moving scanning probe and accuracy control the rotation of stamping parts to be measured.Then a digital model is established,and scheme for the instrument movement simulating analysis is constructed by utilizing the UG/motion module,In addition the analysis for mechanism movement is applied,and movement characteristics of the optical probe shall be obtained from the simulation.Meanwhile a relation curve between displacement and velocity is plotted,which simplifies the motion analyzing process.Anyway,the method of using UG/motion simulation module for motion analysis may avoid the derivation of a large number of abstract theories and obtain the kinematic characteristics,therefore greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the analysis.
