一种最短拆卸路径产生方法及其在MATLAB中的实现 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究一种拆卸路径的生成方法,产生最短拆卸路径,对于产品维修或者报废阶段节省时间与成本起着重要作用,属于可拆卸性设计(DFD)的重要组成部分,体现了并行设计与绿色设计的思想。应用图论的知识,结合产品的联接关系,找出最有可能的几个拆卸切入点,然后生成拆卸有向图,把拆卸时间作为有向图中的权重,把目标拆卸的问题转换为图论中的求两个节点间最短路径问题,最后在MATLAB环境进行仿真,通过对几个切入点的对比,找出最佳拆卸切入点,产生最短拆卸时间和拆卸路径。通过详细阐述一种人工与图论算法相结合的生成拆卸路径的方法,对产品维修或报废拆卸节省时间和成本有着很大的实际意义。 Through studying on a method of generatmg ttte disassemoty patn,a snortest disassemuty path is generated,which plays an important role in product repair or retirement phase ,and is an important part of Design For Disassembly (DFD )for its reflection of concurrent design and green design ideas.Using Graph theory knowledge of graph theory,combined with the connection between each part of the product, the most likely disassemble access point can be found first to generate a directed graph.Then regarding the disassemble time as the weight of the graph,the target disassembly problem can be transformed to the problem of researching the shortest path between two nodes of the graph.Finally,simulation is done in the MATLAB environment by comparing several access points for disassembles to find the best one ,thus the shortest disassembly time and path is generated.Through elaborating the method of generating disassembly path by using graph theory and artificial knowledge, it is found to be great significant in practice for saving time cost in product repair or retirement phase.
