摘要
为了实现复杂医疗平台的数据统一与系统集成,从医院数据局部多态现状出发,在医疗标准协议下公共接口模型研究的基础上,提出了基于电子病历公共接口的设计方式对医院现有的系统进行升级,构建了医疗行业数据局部多态的平台集成方案,根据公共接口结构及功能模块的设计完成医院平台的局部集成,通过数据知识表示、数据同步、系统公共接口标准引擎及局部多态消息等关键技术的研究,实现局部多态数据的交换与共享。理论及实践结果表明模型的集成方案是可行的。
In order to get the uniform data from the regional complex medical platforms ,the common interface model was put forward based on the Health Level Seven ( HL7 )criterion.By analyzing the actualities and demands of the hospital system,the common interface of the Computer-Based Patient Record (CPR)was developed to satisfy the requirements of the hospital old version systems and updated the models.The integrated platform achieved the part polymorphic data exchange and sharing by the design of the common interface of the structure and function,introducing the crucial technologies about the data structure expressions ,data synchronism,standard common interface engine and local Polymorphic messages.By the study of theory and practice of the model application,it is feasible to integrate platform by the common interface based on HL7 engine.
