摘要
采用GB 5413.11-2010中钒钼酸铵显色法测定高蛋白大米粉中的磷,方法显色效果明显,线性好,灵敏度高。在波长为440nm条件下,分光度与磷浓度在1—10μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.223μg/mL,测定高蛋白大米粉中磷的计算标准偏差为0.744,相对偏差为0.67%,总回收率为95.2%。
This paper used vanadium ammonium molybdate color method in GB 5413.11-2010 to determine content of Phosphorus in the high-protein rice flour and the method had a good effect of display color, good linearity and high sensitivity. At a wavelength of 440nm conditions, photometric and phosphorus concentrations was a linear relationship in the 1-10 μg/mL level, and the detection limit was 0.223μg/mL. In the result of phosphorus in high protein rice flour, the calculation of standard deviation was 0.744, the relative deviation was 0.67%, and the total recovery rate was 95.2%.
