This paper describes the Southeast Asia oversea Chinese' Min Nan dialect's voiced consonants,which has been used in Thailand,Kampuchea,Viet Nam,Laos,Malaysia,Singapore,Indonesia,Burma,Philippines,Brunei ten countries.Compared with the same phenomona appearing in China main land's Min Nan dialect.The paper's material all comes from author's oversea investigation.
