摘要
煤炭资源资本化是解脱我国当前煤炭行业面临的困境 ,实现煤炭资源可持续利用的有效策略。本文在论证了煤炭资源具有价值 ,其价值具有主体性 ,价值主体具有权益性的基础上 ,提出了煤炭资源资本化。
Capitalization of coal resources is an effective way out of the difficult situation faced at present by our national coal industry. After expounding the major factors concerning the value of coal resources, the essay sets forth the idea of capitalization, which is a strategy for sustainable utilization of coal resourecs.
