摘要
高速铁路的发展,对与之配套的铁路轴承提出了更高的要求,需进一步提高滚锥轴承的寿命,降低振动和噪声。通过采用"正交试验法"对滚锥轴承套圈滚道精超工艺参数进行试验研究,选择出精超滚锥轴承套圈滚道的合理工艺参数,从而有效降低了滚锥轴承滚道表面粗糙度,提高了滚锥轴承滚道表面质量,取得了较好的效果。
With the rapid development of high-speed railway,the requirement of tapered roller bearings which include the longer service life and the lower vibration and noise are arises Orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the processing parameters in precision superfinishing bearing race,and then the better surface quality is obtained.
