摘要
以VB为编程语言,结合ANSYS的APDL语言和ACCESS数据库,开发了一个薄壁多框结构件铣削路径优化平台。该平台利用VB调用ACCESS存取数据,通过输入薄壁框的建模参数来封装APDL命令流,并将ANSYS作为一个CAE模块嵌入平台来对铣削加工过程进行分析。该平台以有限元仿真分析的变形结果作为判断依据来选取薄壁多框结构件的铣削加工顺序。实验验证了该平台具有可行性,可通过平台提出一个合理的铣削路径方案,来提高薄壁多框结构件的加工精度。
Based on the VB,combined ANSYS APDL language with the ACCESS database,the optimal platform of milling-path for thin-walled multi-frame components was developed.While the platform takes advantage of VB calls the ACCESS database,according to inputting thin-walled parts' modeling parameters to encapsulation APDL commands ANSYS as a CAE module was embed to the platform to analyze the millingProcessing process.The processing sequence of thin-walled multi-frame selected was based on the results of the finite element simulation An example verifies that the platform has feasibility to improve processing precision for thin-wall multi-frame components by using the solution of the best milling path which is provided by the platform.
