摘要
方形体斜角面在生产实践中有着广泛的应用,通过运用数控原理中数学计算,利用宏程序进行编写数控程序代码,能够使数控机床快速、准确的实现自动加工。现应用FANUC 0i数控系统结合通用实例进行了此类零件宏程序的编程,并通过了VNUC数控仿真软件的加工校验。宏程序比CAD/CAM软件自动编程精练有效,是高级编程人员需要掌握的一项技能。
Parallelepiped bevel face in production has been widely used in practice.It can be made accurately on numerical control machine tools,which has been programming with the application of macro instruction.Now,a macro program was programmed for such bevel face parts and was inputted FANUC 0i system to machine parts in VNUC NC simulating software.Macro program is shorter and more accurate than Automatic programming of the CAD/CAM software,it should be grasped by senior programmer.
