2010-2011年我院常见病原菌分离及其耐药性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析我院近两年常见病原菌分布情况及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况,为医院感染控制和临床合理应用抗菌药物及科学制定采购计划提供依据。方法根据细菌分离鉴定及药物敏感试验结果,按照革兰氏阳性(G+)菌、革兰氏阴性(G-)菌分类,并对各类细菌按菌名、菌株数及耐药情况进行分析。结果全院共培养分离出致病菌1063株,其中G+菌460株,G-菌572株,其他菌株31株。革兰氏阴性菌构成比高于革兰氏阳性菌。常见病原菌是大肠埃希菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)、金黄色葡萄球菌、克雷伯菌属、假单胞菌属、不动杆菌属。葡萄球菌对万古霉素最敏感,对青霉素耐药率最高。肠球菌和链球菌对多种抗生素耐药率高。各主要革兰氏阴性菌对亚胺培南、美洛培南及阿米卡星均敏感,而对庆大霉素、头孢噻吩及头孢呋辛等耐药率在50%以上。结论细菌的多重耐药日趋严重,通过对本院常见病原菌的耐药性分析,可科学地指导临床合理使用抗生素,降低医院感染率和病死率。
