鼻咽癌放化综合治疗进展

Progress on chemoradiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

鼻咽癌是我国最常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤,尤其好发于我国南方地区,对放、化疗敏感,单纯放疗对早期患者疗效较好,但对局部晚期患者疗效较差。目前国、内外众多学者采用放、化疗综合治疗对鼻咽癌进行了深入的研究,以期望提高疗效。本文分析鼻咽癌放、化疗综合治疗的模式如新辅助化疗、同期放、化疗、辅助化疗等的现状及进展等。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） is the commonest head and neck cancer in China, especially with high incidence in Southern area, and is sensitive to both chemotherapy and radiotherapy. But radiotherapy alone has better effective to early NPC, but disappointing effect to local advanced cases. The studies of NPC treated with chemoradiotherapy have been performed by the domestic and foreign scholars in order to improve the curative effect. This paper summarized the current status of the different ways of chemoradiotherapy such as neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, concurrent chemoradiotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy.
