摘要
目的:探讨孕期营养干预对降低妊娠期高血压发病率的影响。方法:按照自愿原则,将2011年1-11月在笔者所在医院门诊定期产检并愿意接受孕期营养干预的孕妇200例设为干预组,同期200例进行定期产检但未接受孕期营养干预的孕妇为对照组。对干预组进行孕期营养教育,个体化膳食指导,制定个体化食谱,进行营养干预和随访,比较干预组和对照组妊娠期高血压发病率。结果:干预组妊娠期高血压发病率6.5%,对照组妊娠期高血压发病率12.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组无重度子痫前期及子痫发生,未发生脑血管意外等并发症,母婴健康状况良好。结论:孕期营养干预可明显降低妊娠期高血压发病率。
Objective:In order to study what role the nutritional interventions plays in reducing hypertension disease morbidity influence during pregnancy.Methods:According to the principles of voluntary participation, We choose 200 cases of the pregnant women from January to November 2011 in our hospital who are willing to accept the pregnancy intervention nutrition as intervention group, as well as 200 cases of pregnant women for regular inspection but who didn't accept pregnancy intervention nutrition asr the control group.The pregnant women in Intervention group and controi group are all at the beginning of the pregnant; The pregnant time is less than 12 weeks; They have no disease history, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, kidney and liver, and blood disease. They make nutrition education, individual dietary guidance, setting individualized diet on intervention group to make nutrition intervention and follow-up, They make comparison on high blood pressure incidence of pregnancy between intervention group and control group.Results:The incidence of intervention group were 6.5% and 12% incidence of hypertension during pregnancy, and there is noted difference between intervention group and control group (P〈0.05), and there is no severe preeclampsia and eclampsia occurs in intervention group and no cerebrovascular complications happens, as well as maternal and child health is in good condition.Conclusion:The intervention nutrition during pregnancy can obviously reduce high blood pressure of the disease in pregnancy.
