家庭式沟通护理对妇科患者影响效果分析

Family Nursing for Patients with Gynecological Communication Effect Analysis

目的:探讨家庭式沟通对妇科患者的影响效果。方法:将76例妇科患者以自愿原则分为实验组和对照组,两组均进行常规治疗与常规护理,实验组同时进行家庭沟通式护理,收集两组患者相关数据,并进行统计分析。结果:实验组健康教育覆盖率、不良事件发生率、总体满意度分别为100.0%、2.6%、97.4%,明显优于对照组的92.1%、15.8%、76.3%。结论:联合常规护理与家庭式沟通可有效提高妇科护理人员对患者的护理质量,增强患者治愈疾病的信心,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To discuss the effect of gynecological patients family communication.Methods:76 gynecologic patients were voluntarily divided into experimental group and control group,and the two groups received routine treatment and nursing.The experimental group at the same time received family communication type nursing.To collect relevant data of the two groups and statistical analyze.Results:The experimental group's health education coverage,occurrence of adverse event rates,and overall satisfaction was 100%,2.6%,and 97.4%,which were significantly better than that of the control group,92.1%,15.8%,and 76.3%.Conclusion:Combined with routine nursing and family communication can effectively improve the gynecological nursing staff on the quality of patient care,increase patient to cure disease confidence,which can be widely applied in clinical practice.
