摘要
目的:观察微创内固定系统治疗胫骨复杂性骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用微创经皮钢板固定技术,应用内固定治疗胫骨近端骨折48例。结果:本组全部病例获得随访,平均随访时间20个月,全部病例获得骨愈合。结论:采用微创经皮钢板固定技术是治疗胫骨复杂骨折的有效方法。
Objective:To study curative effect of Less Invasive Stabilization System in Treatment of complex fractures of tibia.Methods:Using MIPPO technology,LISS internal fixation for the treatment of proximal tibial fractures in 48 cases.Results:All cases had been followed up,The mean follow-up time was 20 months,All cases received bone healing.Conclusion:MIPPO is a effective method for treatment of complicated fractures of the tibia.
