新疆草地退化影响因素分析——基于聚类的分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Grassland Degradation in Xinjiang——Based on Cluster Analysis

为了分析各地草地退化的主要因素,因地制宜地制定保护草原政策,先建立一套草地退化影响因素评价指标体系,再以新疆畜牧厅2008年专项调查的数据为基础,运用聚类分析方法,将新疆37个牧业县、半牧业县按照草地退化影响因素划分为不同的类别,分析各类县产生草地退化的主要影响因素。结果表明,不同类别的县产生草地退化的主要影响因素不同,超载过牧会带来收入的增加但不是增加收入的唯一途径,因此,要采取措施,增加牧民的增收渠道并根据各县草地退化的主要因素,制定适宜保护草原政策。

In order to analyze the main factors around the grassland degradation and develop policies to protect grassland in line with the local conditions, the paper establishes a index system to evaluate influencing indicators of grassland degradation, then takes the Xinjiang Animal Husbandry Department in 2008 the special investigation data as the foundation, and uses cluster analysis methods to categorize Xinjiang 37 counties of animal husbandry and half animal husbandry in accordance with the grassland degradation influencing factors and analyze the main factors in each county.The result indicates that different type counties have different effect factors of grassland degrada- tion, overgrating is the way but not the only one to increase herdsmen＇s income.Therefore, we should take measures to increase herdsmen＇s income channel and formulate suitable policies to protect grassland based on the main factors of grassland degradation of different county.
