摘要
本文主要介绍了基于JX-300XP系统的无碳复写纸涂料生产自动控制系统,并简要介绍了生产工艺流程和控制系统构成。根据系统大时滞、非线性和模型不确定的特点制定了控制方案,并在控制过程中采用了基于温度偏差和偏差变化率的模糊规则控制算法。经过实际应用,证明该控制方案可行,能够将釜温控制在规定范围内。
This paper describes the carbonless paper coating automatic control system based on the JX-300XP, and briefly describes the production process and control system. According to the system time delay, nonlinear and model uncertainty characteristics of the developmentControl programs, and in the control process using fuzzy rules based on the temperature deviation and deviation rate of change control algorithm. According to application proved that the control scheme is feasible, the kettle temperature control within the specified scope.
