摘要
本文设计了以FPGA为核心的16路线阵CCD数据采集系统。采用ALTERA公司的EP2C20Q240产生CCD和ADC等驱动时序,16路线阵CCO采用SONY公司的I LX554B,其光灵敏度极高,时钟最大2MHz。由EP2C20Q240驱动ILX554B采得电压,经过两级运放反转放大,送入AD7866同步转换为数字信号暂存。
This paper designs a Multi-channel linear CCD data sampling system with FPGA as the core.EP2C20Q240 from ALTERA is to produce drive timings of CCD and ADC, and ILX554B,which is high sensitivity and the clock is up to 2MHz, from SNOY forms the 16 channels array of CCD,.The voltage, sampled by ILX554B which are drived by EP2C20Q240,goes through two levels of reversal and amplification, then sent to AD7866 convert to digital single synchronously and storaged temporarily.
