从能源管理需求出发,分析、总结了多年来企业内电力能源计量的不足,构想了高压系统电能量采集的网络架构,开发出基于以太网的适合公司现状的IEC102通讯技术,实现了企业内电能量的远程自动采集功能,为信息化建设提供了可靠的数据依据。
