On the role of teacher in the curriculum of college student psychological healthy education

在大学生心理健康教育课程中教师角色存在着"沿袭高校教师的传统角色"、"混淆了管理者、思想政治教育者与心理健康教育者的角色"、"被误定为学校教育中的边缘教育者"等问题,影响了大学生心理健康教育课程的教学质量。因此,在大学生心理健康教育课程中,教师应充当大学生积极心理品质的培养者和潜能的开发者,充当大学生的真诚倾听者和引导者,充当大学生经验的分享者和心理健康的示范者。

There are some mistaken ideas of the role orientation of teacher in the curriculum of college student psychological healthy education which has an impact on the teaching quality,such as following the old role of teacher in universities and colleges,confusing the roles of manager,ideological and political educator and psychological healthy educator,wrong orientation on marginal educator,and so on.Therefore,the teacher should turn into the cultivator of positive psychological quality and potential ability of college student,the sincere listener and leader,the sharer of experience and psychological healthy fugleman.
