职技高师对口生的素质特点及对策——以河北科技师范学院为例

On the quality characteristics of the students from vocational high schools and their improvement in the Teacher College of Technology——A case of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology

文章分析了职技高师对口生源大学生在智力素质、学习能力、意志品质及团队意识等方面的一般特点及形成原因。认为职技高师院校应在清醒认识其优势和缺陷的基础上,制定相应的培养目标及教学计划,加强学习指导,强化创业意识和创业能力培养。

This paper analyzes common features and forming reasons of the intelligence quality,learning ability,will quality and team consciousness of college students from vocational high schools in the Teacher College of Technology.The article also points out that on the basis of a clear understanding of its advantages and disadvantages,higher institutes should formulate relevant training goals and teaching plans,and enhance the study guidance and the cultivation of enterprising idea and competence.
