CD133在肿瘤临床检测中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 研究认为,在恶性肿瘤中存在少部分具有“干细胞样”特性的细胞,它们具有自我更新、无限增殖及多向分化的潜能,是形成肿瘤细胞异质性和肿瘤细胞不断扩增的根源。CD133(又称Prominin-1)是一个含有5个跨膜区域的单链糖蛋白,研究表明其是多种肿瘤干细胞的表面标记。
