摘要
炼油厂循环水系统运行中冷换器泄漏是难以完全避免的,频繁的泄漏处理会造成水质波动,影响设备的腐蚀,通过加强水质管理,新技术推广应用等途径,有效的控制水质,控制好腐蚀速率。
The leakage of cooler can not be avoided in the circulating water system of refinery. The water quality is affected and the device is eroded because of the leakage and treatment frequently. The water quality and the corrosion rate can be controlled well by water quality management shall be strengthened and new technique extension.
