基质培无公害叶菜施肥调控研究

摘要 通过基质培生菜试验,研究了3种不同有机复合肥对生菜硝酸盐、重金属及营养品质的影响。结果表明:3种有机复合肥的5个处理以有机无机复合肥处理生菜生长状况最好,增产304.5%,生物复合肥3个处理水平提高生菜产量89.7%~162.2%,但全有机肥使生菜减产43.4%;3种有机复合肥降低生菜硝酸盐含量37.9%~72.5%,降低生菜中Hg、Pb、Cr含量22.1%~57.1%、22.1%~58.7%、20.8%~63.2%;3种有机复合肥能提高生菜可溶性糖和Vc含量,而对氨基酸含量影响不一致。 In the substrate cultivation experiment of the lettuce, the effects of the three different kinds of organic compound fertilizer are studied on nitrate, heavy metals and nutrition. The results show that in the 5 treatments of the 3 different kinds of organic compound fertilizer, the lettuce grows best with the organic - inorganic fertilizer, and its production increases by 304.5 %. The 3 treatments of the biological compound fertilizer could increase the lettuce production by 89.7% - 162.0%. But the production decreases by 43.4% if only applying organic fertiliz- er. All the three kinds of organic compound fertilizers could reduce the nitrate content in the lettuce by 37.9% - 72.5%, and reduce the content of Hg, Pb and Cr respectively by 22. 1% - 57.1%, 22. 1% - 58.7% and 20. 8% - 63.2%. They may also increase the contents of soluble sugar and Vc of the lettuce, but with different effects on the amino acid.
