盘龙江流经市区段污染严重,水质常年监测为劣Ⅴ类。经多年治理,水质有所好转。在目前污染治理的基础上,要进一步改善盘龙江水质,需要在污染治理上挖掘潜力。

The urban reach of Paulong River is seriously polluted with its water quality worse than Grade V throughout the year. After years of the treatment, the water quality is turning better. To further improve it, there is still a lot to do in pollution treatment.
