头皮针结合神经促进康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫86例的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 86 cases of children with cerebral palsy by scalp acupuncture plus the nerve to promote rehabilitation techniques

目的:探究头皮针结合神经促进康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:脑瘫患儿86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组46例,予以头皮针结合神经促进康复技术治疗,对照组给予神经促进康复技术治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈8例,14例显效,19例有效,5例无效,有效率为89.1%,对照组痊愈4例,显效10例,12例有效,14例无效,有效率为65%。治疗组较对照组有效率高,差异有统计学显著性(P<0.05),结论:头皮针结合神经促进康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫临床疗效确切,操作简单,易于掌握,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of scalp needle neural stimulative rehabilitation techniques for the treatment of cerebral palsy.Methods： 86 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group（n=46 cases） were treated with scalp acupuncture combined with the nerve to promote rehabilitation techniques,control gropu were given the nerve to promote rehabilitation techniques.Results： Treatment group healed in 8 cases,14 cases were markedly improved,19 cases were effective,5 cases is invalid,the effective rate was 89.1%,and the control group recovered in 4,10 cases were markedly improved,12 cases of effective and 14 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 65%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Scalp needle combined with neural stimulative rehabilitation techniques for the treatment of cerebral palsy clinical curative effect is accurate,simple operation,easy to grasp,and worthy of clinical promotion.
