养心定志方治疗围绝经期综合征心肾不交型的临床研究

目的:探讨养心定志方治疗心肾不交型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例心肾不交型围绝经期综合征患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。结果:总有效率治疗组和对照组分别为93.4%和89.9%。结论:养心定志方治疗围绝经期综合征疗效肯定,但对血清激素无明显改变。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yangxin Dingzhi recipe on treating heart kidney mcooralnauon of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods： 60 cases of heart kidney incoordination of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 93.4% and 89.9%. Conclusion： Yangxin Dingzhi recipe in treating perimenopausal syndrome have curative effect, but have no obvious changes of serum hormone.
