摘要
目的:分析食管癌术后胃瘫综合征的诊断及治疗措施。方法:回顾性分析42例食管癌术后胃瘫综合征患者的临床资料,总结诊断方式及治疗措施。结果:42例患者均康复,治疗时间为(32.51±5.98)d。结论:食管癌手术后胃瘫综合征的诊断较为容易,治疗实施综合方案。
Objective： To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of gastroparesis syndrome after esophagectomy. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 42 cases of esophageal gastric paralysis syndrome in patients with clinical data summary of the diagnostic methods and treatment measures. Results： 42 patients were recovered, the treatment time was （32.51±5.98） days. Conclusion： The diagnosis of gastroparesis syndrome after esophageal cancer surgery is easier, to treated gastroparesis syndrome by comprehensive program.
