清热化痰汤治疗48例支气管哮喘的效果观察

Efficacy observation on treating 48 cases of bronchial asthma with The Qingre Huatan decoction

目的:观察清热化痰汤治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法:选取48例确诊为支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各24例,治疗组:给予口服清热化痰汤加减,对照组给予吸入丙酸氟替卡松,10d为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.83%,对照组总有效率为87.5%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。对照组出现2例口腔和咽部溃疡,疼痛,用盐水漱口后消失。结论:使用清热化痰汤治疗支气管哮喘可明显改善临床症状,缩短疗程,加速病情的痊愈,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating bronchial asthma with the Qingre Huatan decoction. Methods： 48 cases diagnosed as bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 24 cases in each group, treatment group were treated with Qingre Huatan decoction, the control group were given inhaled propionate fluticasone, 10 days as a course,to observe the effects after two course. Results： The total effective rate was 95.83% in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 87.5% in the control group, the total efficiency in the control group was higher （P〈0.05）. The control group had two cases of the mouth and throat ulcers, pain disappear gargle with salt water. Conclusion： The use of Qingre Huatan decoction for treatment of bronchial asthma can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the course of treatment, to accelerate the cure of the disease, was worthy of promotion.
