舒血宁联合黄芪注射液治疗56例糖尿病肾病的临床效果分析

An analysis of the effect on treating 56 cases of diabetic nephropathy with Shu Xue Ning joint astragalus injection

目的:探讨舒血宁联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:100例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(44例),均予以血糖血压控制,观察组再予以舒血宁和黄芪注射液治疗。结果:观察组治疗后的血液流变学及各生化指标改善明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病是一种有效的方式。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of treating diabetic nephropathy with Shu Xue Ning joint astragal us injection. Methods： 100 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the observation group （56 cases） and the control group （44 cases）, and they were taken with blood sugar and blood pressure control. The observation group was also taken with the Shu Xue Ning, and astragalus injection for treatment. Results： The hemorheological and biochemical indicators of the observation group improved significantly better than control group patients, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shu Xue Ning joint astragalus injection is an effective way in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
