伤害综合监测方法学研究

Methodological studies on injury comprehensive surveillance

目的探索在我国开展伤害综合监测的方法。方法利用现有信息系统,结合社区调查,收集死亡、住院、门急诊以及未就诊伤害的信息,以伤害死亡率、住院伤害发生率、门急诊就诊伤害发生率和未就诊伤害发生率为主要指标,绘制伤害金字塔,描述伤害发生的全貌。结果监测地区一每发生1例伤害死亡伴有7例住院治疗、176例门急诊治疗和416例未就诊伤害;监测地区二每发生1例伤害死亡伴有12例住院治疗、103例门急诊治疗和352例未就诊伤害。结论以全国伤害监测系统、死因监测系统和住院病案系统为基础,结合社区调查的方法,可以实现伤害综合监测的目的。

Objective To explore the method of injury comprehensive surveillance analysis. Methods Current surveillance systems and community survey were used to collect the data about epidemic situation of injury. Injury Pyramid, mortality, prevalence of hospitalization caused by injury, prevalence of outpatient caused by injury, and prevalence of in- jury without clinic treatment were used to describe the overall view of the prevalence of injury. Results In surveillance Site - 1, one death case caused by injury was linked with 7 inpatients, 176 outpatients, and 416 injury cases without clin- ical treatment. For surveillance Site -2, one death case caused by injury was linked with 12 inpatients, 103 outpatients, and 352 injury eases without clinical treatment. Conclusion The injury comprehensive surveillance system established by National Injury Surveillance System, Current Death Surveillance System, Inpatient Medical Record System, and community survey is useful for injury comprehensive surveillance.
