外用溃疡散外敷治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化60例效果观察

Effect observation of 60 cases after cesarean section incision fat liquefaction with topical treatment of external ulcer powder

目的:观察外用溃疡散外敷治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的疗效。方法:选择剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,其中治疗组予外用溃疡散酒精纱条外敷切口换药促进切口愈合,对照组应用95%酒精纱条外敷切口换药治疗,观察两组的腹部切口术后愈合时间和治疗效果。结果:治疗组在切口愈合时间和治疗效果上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部切口脂肪液化外敷外用溃疡散能明显缩短切口愈合时间。

Objective ：To observe the effect of topical treatment of external ulcer powder after cesarean section incision fat liquefac- tion. Methods： Select 60 patients with the liquefied fat abdominal incision after cesarean section. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, every group with 30 patients. The treatment group was treated with external ulcer powder alcohol gauze dressing to promote wound healing, and the control group with 95% alcohol. The effect were observed. Results： Treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Topical ap- plication of external ulcer powder can significantly reduce the wound healing time.
