奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎临床观察

Clinical observation of ornidazole in treatment of trichomonal vaginitis

目的观察奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效及不良反应。方法将64例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组（32例）口服奥硝唑0．5g，2次／d，持续5d；对照组口服甲硝唑0．2g，4次／d，持续7d。观察两组治疗后的临床效果及不良反应。结果治疗组痊愈率为90．6％，有效率达100．0％；对照组痊愈率为65．6％，有效率为87．5％，治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组分泌物涂片镜检滴虫均转阴；对照组分泌物涂片镜检查见滴虫6例。治疗组发生不良反应的患者明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论奥硝唑应用于治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效显著，不良反应少。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ornidazole in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis. Methods 64 eases with trichomonal vaginitis were divided into two groups randomly. The experiment group （32 ca- ses） was given ornidazole, while the control group was given metronidazole. Changes in symptoms laboratory tests, va- ginal examination and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of experiment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The experiment group＇s adverse reactions were si- genificantly less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ornidazole used in the treatment of trichormonal vaginitis shows a significant effect with long duration and less adverse reactions ,so it＇s should be oromoted.
