钙调神经磷酸酶/活化T细胞核因子信号通路在骨代谢中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 骨是一种不断更新的组织,骨形成和骨吸收的动态平衡维持着正常的骨代谢。在骨重建过程中,由成骨细胞引起的骨形成与破骨细胞引起的骨吸收之间的偶联,是维持骨结构完整性及合适骨强度的关键。参与骨形成的信号通路主要有骨形成蛋白(BMPs)途径、MAPKs途径、Smads途径。大量研究证实,OPG—RANK—RANKL调节轴是影响破骨细胞分化、发育、调节其功能的唯一终途径。目前发现破骨细胞内与RANK相关的信号转导通路主要有4条,即NF—κB通路,MAPK通路,P13K/Akt通路和CaN/NFAT通路。
