摘要 错误折叠蛋白被认为是许多神经退行性疾病发病机制中的始动因素,易形成蛋白聚集物,干扰细胞正常的生理功能。因此,错误折叠蛋白及其聚集物的降解对于细胞的生存至关重要。目前,在蛋白降解通路中,除了已知的泛素-蛋白酶体系统这一重要通路外,蛋白聚集体通路也越来越受到研究者的重视。现就近年来蛋白聚集体在神经退行性疾病发病机制中的研究进展予以综述。 Misfolded protein is considered to be the initiative factor of many neurodegenerative disor- ders, which is easy to form protein aggregates and disturb normal cell physical function. Therefore ,the degra- dation of misfolded protein and aggregates is essential to the survival of ceils. In protein degradation pathway, besides the known ubiquintin-proteasome system, aggregate pathway is also paid much attention by the re- searchers. Here is to make a review on the progress of related events.
