摘要 系统性血管炎是血管壁的炎症导致组织缺血坏死为特征的一组疾病,临床常见过敏性紫癜、川崎病、抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性血管炎、系统性红斑狼疮等,它们的发病机制复杂,T淋巴细胞亚群介导的免疫损伤也一直为人们关注的热点。CD4+记忆T细胞(CD4+Tm)是细胞表型为CD45RO+CD45RA-的T细胞亚群,它们的产生与分化受多种因素的影响,其功能异常与血管炎的免疫病理过程密切相关。 Vaseulitis refers to a heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by the presence of inflam- mation in the walls of blood vessels with resultant tissue isehaemia and necrosis, including Henoeh-Schonlein purpura, Kawasaki disease, ANCA associated systemic vasculitis, systemic lupus erythematosus and so on. The pathogenesis of them is fairly complex, and T-cell subsets-mediated immunologic destruction has always been the focus of attention. The distinct phenotype of CD4 + memory T ceils ( CD4^+ Tin) is CD45 RO + CD45 RA - , the generation and differentiation of which are affected by several factors, and the dysfunction of them is closely related to the pathogenesis of vasculitis.
