新疆地区代谢综合征的研究进展

Study on the Prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome in Xinjiang Area

代谢综合征(MS)是一组与糖尿病、心血管疾病密切相关的疾病,包括肥胖、高血压、高三酰甘油、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及糖代谢异常等。MS组分中的每一项都会使心血管疾病的危险性增大,合并多种时发生心血管疾病的概率增高。近年来,新疆地区MS的患病率呈现上升趋势,现就MS流行现状的特点予以综述,旨在分析新疆地区MS患病率高发的原因及MS的影响因素。

Metabolic syndrome （MS） is a series of diseases closely related to diabetes and cardiovascular disease, including obesity, high blood pressure, high triglyeerides, low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and sugar metabolism disorders. Every MS factor makes the risk of cardiovascular disease increase, higher proba- bility of cardiovascular disease when in combination. In recent years,the prevalence of MS in Xinjiang showed a rising trend, and here is to make a review of the current MS popular features, aiming at analyzing the causes of the high prevalence and the influence factors of MS in Xiniiang.
