摘要 急性呼吸道感染是临床最常见的疾病之一。呼吸道病毒作为其最主要的致病病原体,种类繁多,不易区分。因此,建立一种快速、灵敏、特异的检测方法显得尤为重要。近年来,随着分子生物学的不断发展,呼吸道病毒检测方法日新月异,尤其是基于聚合酶链反应的分子诊断技术以其检测速度快、灵敏度高、特异性强等特点在呼吸道病毒检测过程中发挥了重要作用。 Acute respiratory tract infection is one of the most common clinical diseases. Respiratory viru- ses as the most important pathogens, are diversely difficult to distinguish. Therefore, it is particularly impor- tant to establish a rapid, sensitive and specific detection method. In recent years, with the continuous develop- ment of molecular biology, respiratory virus detection methods are developing rapidly, especially the molecular diagnostic technology based on the polymerase chain reactionf for its highdetection speed, high sensitivity and specificity and other characteristics, playing an important role in the respiratory virus detection.
