摘要
舒血宁注射液提取物具有对缺血心肌、受损肝脏再灌注以及缺血区脑组织的保护作用,可改善血管内皮损伤、增加脑血流量、清除自由基、抑制血栓形成、降低血小板黏附率和增强机体细胞免疫活性等。在此阐述国内外近年来对舒血宁注射液的药理作用研究新进展,为该药物的深入研究和临床使用提供参考。
Shuxuening injection has protective effect on myocardial ischemia, impaired hepatic reperfusion and ischemic brain tissue;and improve endothelial injury, increase cerebral blood flow, scavenging free radi- cal,inhibit thrombosis, reduce platelet adhesion rate and enhance cellular immune activity etc.. Here is to in- troduce the new progress of pharmacological effects of Shuxuening injection, to provide reference for the drug research and clinical application.
