对云南一金矿的酸性矿水中分离出的一株氧化亚铁硫杆菌 ( Thiobacillusferrooxidans) J1的菌落和细胞形态进行了初步研究 ,认为其最适生长条件为温度 30℃左右 ,初始 p H 2 .0 ,摇瓶装量为50 m L/2 50 m L,接种量 1 0 %。

A strain of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans J1was isolated from acid mine leach water.Its morpha and growth conditionswere studied.Optimum growth conditions were temperature30℃ ,p H2 .0 ,50 m L medium in 2 50 m L flat- bottomed flasks,the quantity of inoculation is 1 0 % .
