浅谈三级健康宣教模式的效果评价——通过老年患者对检查的知晓率调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过老年患者对检查知晓率的调查探讨神经科三级健康宣教模式的效果评价。方法选择我院2011年2月1日~2011年5月31日神经内科一区收治的186例老年住院患者(60岁<年龄<89岁)作为本次研究的对象,随机分为两组,干预组93例患者采用三级健康宣教模式,对照组采用常规健康宣教模式,根据两组患者对三级健康宣教模式的满意度以及患者对检查的知晓率进行评价。结果干预组的患者对检查的知晓率、满意度均高于对照组,经统计学分析显示,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论三级健康宣教模式在神经科投入使用可以提高老年患者的检查知晓率及提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。 Objective Through the investigation of the awareness of elderly patients, exploring the evaluation of the three class health education management. Methods One hundred eighty six pa tients who were living in area one of Neurology Department during February, 1st to 31st, May in 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. 93 patients were taken with the three-class health education to the intervention group, in control group with only traditional health education of examination mode, and comparing the satisfaction between two groups. Results The intervention group was better than the control group in the patients" awareness of examination and satisfaction. By statistical analyzing, there was a significant difference (P 〈0. 05). Conclusions Tbe three-class health education management can improve the qualily of nursing, satisfaction of patients, anti the awareness of examination in elderly patienls, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
