Preliminary Discussion on the Bio-security Risks and Coping Strategy in the Experimental Center of Science and Technology

目的探索避免生物安全事故发生的新策略。方法本文通过对各类生物医学实验进行分析,将实验中心生物安全隐患的来源分类。结果生物安全隐患可以分为细胞培养、实验标本、实验动物、试剂和废弃物四个方面。结论采取开展生物安全培训、加强制度建设和紧抓思想监督的方式对实验室进行管理,能够帮助实验室远离生物安全事故。

Objective To explore new strategies to avoid biosafety incidents. Methods In this pa- per, potential problems of lab biosafety were classified by analyzing biological and medical experiments. Results The potential biosafety risks can be divided into four aspects, including cell culture, specimen, animal, reagent and waste. Conclusions Strategies, such as training, optimizing the rules and preventing inadvertent operations, can be used to protect the lab far away from any biosafety accident.
