中医治未病联合健康管理在宫颈癌危险因子HPV感染患者中的临床应用

On Clinical Application of CTM United with Health Management in the Treatment of Patients with HPV Infection-Risk Factor of Cervical Cancer

目的探讨中医治未病联合健康管理对宫颈癌危险因子HPV感染的影响作用。方法将294例宫颈癌危险因子HPV感染的患者随机分为对照组98例、治疗组98例和联合组98例,对照组患者不予治疗,定期随访,治疗组患者采用中药保妇康栓治疗,联合组患者在中药保妇康栓治疗的基础上给予健康管理干预,随访复查,6个月后复查HPV-DNA,观察HPV-DNA转阴效果。结果对照组患者HPV-DNA转阴率为26.53%,治疗组患者HPV-DNA转阴率为50.00%,联合组患者HPV-DNA转阴率为69.39%,治疗组与对照组两组比较,χ2值为11.43,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,联合组与治疗组两组比较,χ2值为7.66,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论在中医治未病理论指导下,采用中药治疗联合健康管理模式干预高危型HPV感染,使引起宫颈癌的危险因子HPV病毒得以早期发现,早期治疗,为减少宫颈癌的发病率开拓了一条新的预防途径。

Objective To explore the influence of Chinese traditional medicine treatment united with health management on HPV infection in cervical carcinoma. Methods 294. cases of the patients with HPV infection of cervical carcinoma were randomly divided into 98 cases as the control group, 98 cases as the treatment group and 98 cases as the union group. The control group was not given any treatment, only periodically visited by the physicians. The treatment group was given the Chinese traditional herb. The patients of the union group were given health management interference, based on the treatment of the Chinese traditional herb. The visit was made for checking again. The HPV- DNA was checked again to observe whether HPV-DNA turned negative after 6 months. Results The negativturning rate of HPV-DNA of the patients in the control group was 26.53%, 50.00% in the treatment group, and 69.39% in the union group. The comparison between the treatment group and the control group was made, and X^2value was 11.43. The difference had statistical meaning （P 〈 0.01）. The com- parison between the treatment group and union group was made to be X^2 value for 7.66 and P 〈 0.01. The difference had statistical meaning. Conclusions Under the guidance of disease prevention theory of the Chinese traditional medicine, the Chinese traditional herb can be used together with health management for the interference of HR-HPV infection to make the HPV virus which causes cervical cancer be detected and treated in an early stage, which develops a new prevention path for the reduction of the occurrence rate of the cervical carcinoma.
