摘要 为了解决突发事件现场与后方指挥中心的通信问题,针对应急通信对终端小型轻便、展开迅速、操作简单、节能省电的要求,推出了一款新型便携卫星通信终端设计方法。该终端采用了TCP加速、QoS、高效编码调制、数字化中频、一体化设计等技术,具有路由选择、TCP加速、Qos、接入控制功能,能支持全IP业务传输,解决了应急数据、话音、传真、图像等综合业务的便携传输问题。 To realize the communication between emergency site and command center,a new portable satellite communication terminal, aiming at reduced size, portability, fast deployment, simple operation and energy saving, is introduced in this paper. Adopting TCP acceleration, QoS, efficient coded modulation, digital IF as well as integrated design, the terminal possesses multiple functions,including route selection,TCP acceleration,QoS,as well as access control, and supports all IP service transmission, realizing the transmission of integrated services of emergency data ,voice ,fax and image, etc. in portable mode.
