绍兴母乳中有机氯农药蓄积水平及趋势分析 被引量:3

Accumulative level and trend analysis of organochlorine pesticides in the breast milk in Shaoxing

摘要 目的:了解绍兴市正常居民母乳中有机氯的蓄积水平及动态变化趋势。方法:母乳经冷冻干燥后,加入同位素内标,经乙腈萃取,凝胶色谱净化,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定母乳中有机氯残留。结果:母乳中HCB中位值在检出限以下,总BHC、总DDT的中位值分别为698.7 ng/g脂肪和50.8 ng/g脂肪。母乳中BHC含量随着年龄增大而增高。1983-2009年绍兴市母乳中总BHC、总DDT分别下降99.8%和99.7%,1988年-2009年HCB下降90.0%。结论:绍兴市母乳中有机氯蓄积水平已处于相对安全水平。 Objective:To evaluate accumulative level and dynamics trend of organochlorine pesticides in the breast milk in Shaoxing.Methods: Breast milk was added 13C labeled internal standard after freeze-drying.Then the sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and analyzed by gas chromatography coupled to mass Spectrometry under SIM mode.Results: The median of HCB was below the detection limit level.The geometrical mean levels of BHC and DDT residues were 698.7 ng/g lipid and 50.8 ng/g lipid respectively.BHC residue increased progressively together with advancing age.BHC and DDT residues decreased by 99.8% and 99.7% separately from 1983 to 2009.HCB residue reduced 90.0% from 1988 to 2009.Conclusion: The study showed that the breast milk in Shaoxing was relatively safe.
