流式细胞术在AA和L-MDS鉴别诊断中的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨流式细胞术在再生障碍性贫血(AA)和低增生型骨髓增生异常综合征(L-MDS)鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法:采用多色流式细胞术检测5例L-MDS和7例AA患者骨髓粒细胞免疫表型,并对其血象和免疫表型进行比较。结果:L-MDS和AA患者外周血血红蛋白、造血岛个数、粒红淋系比例差异均存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。L-MDS和AA患者骨髓CD34+、CD117+细胞比例、粒系CD7表达、CD15缺失、CD45平均荧光强度(MFI)异常、CD13/CD16图形异常比例差异存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:流式检测骨髓病态造血有助于L-MDS和AA的鉴别诊断。 Objective:To investigate the application value of flow cytometry(FCM) in differential diagnosis of low-proliferation myelodysplastic syndromes(L-MDS) and aplastic anemia(AA).Methods: The immunophenotype of bone marrow(BM) in 5 patients with L-MDS and 7 patients with AA were detected by FCM.Their clinical datas and immunophenotypes were compared.Results: The hemoglobin,islands,ratios of granulocyte,nucleated erythrocyte,monocyte in peripheral blood were significantly different between patients with L-MDS and AA(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).The ratios of CD34+ cells,CD117+ cells,granulocyte CD7 expression,granulocyte CD15 loss,abnormal granulocyte CD45 mean fluorescence intensity(MFI),abnormal granulocyte CD13/CD16 graph in BM were significantly different between patients with L-MDS and AA(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Conclusion: Bone marrow(BM) dyshaematopoiesis detection by FCM is of great value for differential diagnosis of L-MDS and AA.
