气相色谱-质谱法同时测定脱水洋葱中11种农药残留量的研究

Determination of 11 kinds of pestcide residues in dewatering onions by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

目的:建立了气相色谱-质谱法同时测定脱水洋葱中11种农药残留的分析方法。方法:本方法采用乙腈加磷酸缓冲溶液提取,盐析,过胺基炭黑复合柱净化、采用DB1701P毛细管柱和气相色谱质谱检测器测定,外标法定量。结果:乙腈加磷酸缓冲盐提取,过胺基炭黑复合柱净化能够降低基质增强效应,回收率符合2002/657/EG中70-110%的规定。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏,各项技术指标均满足农药残留检测的要求,适合洋葱制品及其具有复杂基质蔬菜、水果中部分农药残留量的测定。

Objective：A method for determination of 11 kinds of pestcide residues in dewatering onions by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） has been developed.Methods： 11 kinds of pestcides residues in dewatering onions were extracted by acetonitrile solution and phosphate buffer solution,salted out,purified by NH2/Carb column to eliminate matrix effect,DB-1701P capillary column and GC-MS were employed.External standards were used for quantitative determination.Results： Purification with NH2/Carb column can reduce matrix effect.The recovery of the method was in line with the provisions of 2002/657/EG（70%~100%）.Conclusion： The results showed that the method was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.Every guide line of technique can achieve request of pestcides residues determination.It was suitable for the determination of part pestcides residues in onion and vegetable and fruit with complicated matrix.
